Andrew White
Andrew White is the senior partner who heads the litigation department.

Andrew studied his law degree at Hull University and completed his LPC at Guildford, qualfiying as a solicitor in 1980 and joining the firm in 1984.

Andrew's outside interests include horse riding, archery and history.

Andrew Rafferty
Andrew Rafferty is head of the property department and provides services in both residential and commercial conveyancing.

Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and in 1993 he became a Partner in a local firm. 

Andrew joined Bramsdon & Childs as a Partner in 2000.

Roger Rixon conducts services in residential and commercial property.

Kathryn Rafferty
Solicitor

Kathryn completed her law degree in 2013 from the University of Exeter and went on to study her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford the same year.


Hannah Rafferty
Solicitor

Hannah finished her law degree in 2014 from the University of Southampton and then went on to study the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford later that year.

Hannah’s hobbies include yoga and playing the piano. Having recently obtained grade 8 Hannah is working towards obtaining her ABRSM Diploma.
Serhan Handani
Trainee Solicitor

Serhan finished his law degree in 2010 and went on to complete an LL.M in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton in 2011. Following his degree, Serhan gained experience in various London based insurance and corporate environments before studying the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2014.  

Serhan’s hobbies include tennis, rugby and hiking, and he recently conquered Mt. Kilimanjaro in 5 days, helping raising over £10,000 for charity.
Ann McKee
Legal Executive

Ann McKee is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive who specialises in family law and is a member of Resolution.
Viktoria Kovas
Legal Executive

Viktoria completed her law degree at King's College London in 2009 and started her legal career within the clinical negligence and personal injury fields. She went onto Guildford College to undertake the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives Diploma and became a Chartered Legal Executive in 2014.  

Viktoria joined Bramsdon and Childs at the beginning of 2017 with a view of expanding her legal career into conveyancing. She currently assists Andrew Rafferty with commercial and residential conveyancing matters as well as undertaking Claimant side personal injury and clinical negligence work. 

In her spare time Viktoria enjoys travelling, hiking with her dog and arts and crafts.
