Dealing with a dispute at work can make you feel like you’re all on your own. Combining an uncomfortable working environment with uncertainty about your future at that company can make it extremely difficult to continue acting in a professional manner. Bramsdon & Childs Solicitors will be in your corner to help you deal with any feelings of resentment, anger or fear by finding the correct legal solution for your particular problem.
Whistleblowing

Helping you with:

  • Unfair dismissal
  • Redundancy
  • TUPE regulations
  • Whistleblowing
  • Discrimination

Are you a victim of unfair dismissal?

If you believe you have been dismissed unfairly, we need to determine if a fair procedure was followed by the employer and if the dismissal itself was fair. This includes victimization, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing amongst other issues.

Is a Tribunal necessary?

If an informal approach to a workplace grievance does not produce the results you are looking for, then you will need to make a claim to ACAS to determine if a Tribunal is appropriate or necessary. Our solicitors can guide you through the entire process, with all the advice and assistance you need.

Redundancy and TUPE regulations

Redundancy can be an emotionally trying time, whatever the circumstances. Our solicitors can make sure you are getting exactly what is owed if you doubt the procedure being followed by your employer. Similarly, we can assist with TUPE regulations if your company is being transferred.
